What made this work
The category-level link distribution strategy was key. Instead of sending all links to the homepage, we targeted individual product category pages. The vape category received the most attention because the keyword volumes were highest and the commercial intent was strongest.
The pet CBD angle was an unexpected win. CBD for dogs is a growing market with less competition than human CBD products, and CBDfx's pet product pages ranked well because competitors had not invested in that category yet.
